2025 Year in Review: A Year of Growth, Alignment, and Impact

As we close the chapter on 2025, we’re taking a moment to reflect on a year rooted in growth, intention, and community. This past year was not about rushing expansion, it was about building strong foundations, deepening relationships, and ensuring the work we do is sustainable, aligned, and impactful.

Every step forward in 2025 was made possible by the mentors, staff, board members, partners, and supporters who believe deeply in the mission of The Campbell House.

Strengthening the Foundation

In 2025, much of our work focused on strengthening the internal systems that allow our programs to thrive. From refining mentor training and communication processes to building clearer structures for programming and engagement, this year laid critical groundwork for the future.

These behind-the-scenes efforts ensure that the support we provide is consistent, intentional, and built to last.

Expanding Programming & Youth Engagement

Throughout the year, we continued to expand youth-centered programming designed to empower, uplift, and support young people through mentorship, workshops, and community-based experiences.

Programs like Grow & Flow, mentor–mentee sessions, and empowerment workshops created spaces for confidence-building, self-expression, leadership development, and connection. These spaces are at the heart of our mission, places where young people feel seen, supported, and encouraged to grow.

Mentorship at the Core

Mentorship remained the backbone of our work in 2025. We saw continued engagement from mentors who showed up consistently, built meaningful relationships, and committed to supporting mentees beyond surface-level interaction.

This year reinforced the importance of training, alignment, and ongoing support for mentors, ensuring they feel prepared, confident, and connected as they do this work.

Community Presence & Givebacks

In 2025, The Campbell House strengthened its presence within the community through events, givebacks, partnerships, and initiatives designed to meet real needs.

From mentorship gatherings to community-focused events and seasonal initiatives, each opportunity reinforced our commitment to showing up, not just with words, but with action.

Preparing for What’s Next

While 2025 was a year of foundation-building, it also set the stage for what’s ahead. The systems, relationships, and lessons developed this year will support expanded programming, deeper impact, and long-term vision planning moving forward.
