The Campbell House continues its Women’s Health Month programming with “I Matter,” a mental health awareness workshop led by Elicka Stokes.
This session is designed for 11th and 12th grade girls and will focus on emotional resilience, identity development, navigating pressure, boundaries, and understanding personal value.

This session is designed specifically for 9th and 10th grade girls and will focus on self-worth, emotional awareness, identity, stress management, and confidence-building.
March is Women’s Health Month, and mental health is health. This workshop creates a safe, supportive space for real conversations and real growth.
