Programs at The Campbell House

We offer a growing list of trauma-informed programs designed to uplift, support, and guide girls and young women as they navigate life’s challenges. Each initiative is built on compassion, structure, and belief in their potential.

Let’s Talk.

Mentorship, Explained

  • A mentor is someone who’s there for you.

They’re a trusted adult who listens, supports you, and helps guide you as you grow. You can talk to them, ask questions, vent, laugh, and learn . no judgment, no pressure.

At The Campbell House, mentors are here to help you feel:
    ✨ confident
    ✨ supported
    ✨ seen

  • A mentor can help you:

    • 💪 Build confidence and believe in yourself

    • 🏫 Talk through stuff happening at school or in life

    • 🎯 Set goals and figure out what you want for your future

    • 💡Learn healthy ways to handle stress, emotions, and relationships

    • 💬 Feel supported and encouraged

    Sometimes it’s about advice.
Sometimes it’s just having someone who listens.

    👉 Both matter.

  • Mentorship at The Campbell House is for girls and young women who:

    • 💭 Want extra support or guidance

    • 🌱 Are figuring out who they are and who they want to be

    • 👩‍👧 Want someone in their corner

    • ✨ Are open to learning, growing, and trying new things

You don’t have to have everything figured out, that’s literally the point.

  • Because you don’t have to do everything alone.

    Having a mentor means:

    • 🙌 Someone believes in you

    • 📅 Someone shows up for you

    • 🌟 Someone helps you grow into your best self

Mentorship is about becoming stronger, more confident, and more sure of who you are, at your own pace.
